The Wooden Box Shop is closed for all major U.S. holidays. If you place an order during this time, it will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping
Orders must be received by 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time weekdays to qualify for the posted delivery schedule.

Delivery Addresses
  • You must provide a street address for timely delivery. FedEx does not deliver to USPS PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box in the "shipping address" field, your order will be delayed while we attempt to contact you for a usable delivery address.
  • If you will not be home during standard delivery times, we recommend that you use a work address for delivery and notify your credit card company accordingly.

    Outside the United States
    At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

    APO/FPO Addresses Only
    If you enter an APO or FPO address, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, regardless of the shipping method you choose on the order form. Delivery schedules vary to APO/FPO addresses so we are unable to predict when your order will arrive.

    Engraving
    On quantity orders, we have laser engraving capabilities. Please call us to inquire.

    Corporate Orders: Personalize your purchase with a company logo or slogan. Engraving is available at a minimal cost on orders of 20 or more of the same item. Submit camera-ready art work and save on set-up charges.

    Sorry, but engraved items cannot be returned for refund or credit. If there is a defect in workmanship, we will be glad to discuss replacing and/or re-engraving your order upon return of the original item(s).

    15-Day Return Policy
    We have a 15-day return policy. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order for a refund (less our shipping costs and provided it has not been used or damaged).

    For returns, please email us at info@woodenbox.com. and obtain our return authorization. You must repackage the returned product securely in either its original packing material or in similar packaging designed to protect it from damage.

    Sorry, but personalized / engraved items cannot be returned.
